Can I get a sample before I order?

Looking for the peace of mind from seeing, touching, or even trying on a product before placing your order? We can have a blank sample at your door within a week to make sure what you order is exactly what you want. We know that you may require a printed sample with your logo on in some circumstances. A sample with your logo embroidered is automatically sent off once you have placed your order with us and put down 50% of the total order value as deposit.

For orders that don’t automatically qualify, we will provide free samples without your logo embroidered. Embroidered sample is also available at our retail price. Are samples returnable?

No. Our sample is for you to try them on, wear and wash them and not have to worry about keeping them in mint condition to be able to return them.

Are sizing sets available?

Yes. We can provide sizing samples for your order in any range from XXS to 6XL.

Can I get a sample with my embroidered logo?

We will provide you with free samples with embroidered logo on after you have placed your order with us and put down 50% of the total order value as deposit. You could get embroidered samples at our retail price before placing your order and putting down your deposit.

How long does it take to get my samples?

Shipping times are as per normal orders. If you are getting a sample which includes embroidery or logo-work, then please allow 2 weeks.

How do I order my design with different products, colors, or styles?

If you have one design but want to order it on multiple product types, Bravo will always give you the best volume price for your entire order. Simply upload your design along with your quote on one of the styles and call us at our toll free number: 1-855-565-4970 or 778-565-4970 if you are in British Columbia, Canada to choose other products, get your final price, and place your order.

What happens after I place my order?

After we receive your logo, our artwork department will start setting up the machines for your order. With all orders we create a proof (screen-print) or sew-out (embroidery) for you to first approve before we brand the garments with your logo. Once we have our approval, we will send the artwork to our production team and start customizing the garments for you. When you order is ready for pickup or shipment, we will notify you via email and phone.

What if I have a problem with my order?

At Bravo we realize that for many people, creating custom products online may be new. With that in mind, we've rigorously tested our fulfillment systems and over time have developed the best balance of automation and human supervision. Customized goods are generally not accompanied by guarantees, but Bravo is changing that: We deliver high-quality products - products that look just like what you created on our site - and we do so on time. If the custom products you receive differ materially from what you have been told, if the goods are otherwise flawed, or if your order arrives later than promised, then you may return the custom goods for a full refund, within 14 days of receiving your custom order. All we ask is that you notify Bravo before returning any goods to ensure that your return is handled quickly and accurately.

Finding the right size

Can't decide between a small and a medium? Curious about the fit of the item you want? Each of our product shown on our website comes with its unique size chart so you could get a better understanding on the actual product measurements to make an informed decision about sizing. How is my price determined?

Whether you're curious about the cost of your order or the price difference between different designs or products, we're always here to provide a quick, accurate price quote with no obligation to buy. Bravo's pricing is primarily determined by three things:

  • The product you select.
  • The total number and sizes of embroideries needed for stitching.
  • The total quantity of items in your order.

Other factors such as customization (adding personalized names and/or numbers to your items) or special requests also affect the cost. Savings tip: The easiest way to reduce the cost per item is to increase the quantity of your order. Consider ordering a few extras to maximize your savings. Our team of product experts will always ensure you are getting the most value out of every dollar you spend with us.

Is there a restocking fee?

If the reason for your return is our fault, then there is no fee. If you need to cancel after shipping, the size doesn’t fit, or something along those lines, then there is a 25% restocking fee.

Do you accept returns?

Absolutely, we want you to be happy with our product. If the product is defective, or you’re not satisfied, you can return any unused goods within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Contact admin@bravoapparel.com and specify the order# and a sales rep will get back to you with a RA#.
